摘要
校园文化是典型的管理文化,建设高品位的大学校园文化是实现高等教育人才培养目标的有效措施。把与学校所处的位置、发展目标、发展战略相一致的校园“个性”文化,与育“德”、育“智”、育“体”、育“美”等“共性”文化结合起来建设,是建设高品位大学校园文化的基本要求。
Campus Culture is a kind of typical management cultures. The construction of high - quality campus culture is the effective measure to implement the goal of fostering talents in Higher Education Institutes. It is always the basic requirement of the construction of high - quality campus culture on the comb/native construction of ＂ Individuality＂ culture that is consistent with the development goals and stratagems of universities and commonness cultures including ＂ Moral Education＂ culture, ＂ Intellectual Education＂ culture, ＂ physical Education＂ culture and ＂Beauty＂ culture.
