摘要
试验采用种子乳液聚合的方法合成了丙烯酸树脂涂饰剂,考察了温度和引发剂用量对合成产品性能的影响,确定了最佳的合成温度和引发剂用量,并用明胶对丙烯酸树脂进行了改性研究。研究了不同明胶用量下,改性产品乳液粒径分布的情况,及明胶用量的改变对膜的吸水率、透水汽速率和物理机械性能的影响,确定了改性明胶的合适用量。
Acrylic resin finish was prepared by seeding polymerization. While effects of temperature and initiator dosage on property of products were studied, the optimum temperature and initiator dosage were determined. The synthesized acrylic resin was further modified by gelatin. The size distribution of the emulsions, and the water absorption, water vapor transmission and mechanical properties Of the resultant membrane were investigated as a function of gelatin dose. The suitable dosage of gelatin was obtained thereby.
