摘要
用分光光度法测定比较了壳聚糖及其改性产物对酸性红B1染料的吸附效果,及壳聚糖水杨醛螯合树脂在不同温度和不同pH值条件下,对酸性红B1染料的吸附能力。结果表明:改性后的CTS对酸性红B1染料的吸附能力更强。在20℃、pH=4.50时,CTS-水杨醛螫合树脂对酸性红B1的吸附能力最好。
Chitosan and its modified product was mensurated by IR spectrum. The adsorption of chitosan - salicylal Chelex resin to acid red B1 were investigated with spectrophotometry at the different pH and temperatures. The results indicate that the adsorption of modified product of chitosan to acid red B1 is much batter. Adsorbability of the chitosan - salicylal Chelex resin to acid red B1 is best at condition of 20℃ ,pH4.50.
