摘要
选用脱乙酰度为95%的壳聚糖进行预处理,然后应用于棉针织物的活性染料染色,探讨了不同预处理工艺的最佳壳聚糖用量。染色优化工艺为:染料1.5%,上染时间20 min,盐用量30 g/L,上染率提高了9.9%,摩擦牢度和水洗牢度均为4级。用该工艺染色可减少盐用量,缩短上染时间,提高染料利用率,降低环境污染等。
Chitosan with deacetylation degree 95%was chosen to pretreat then be applied in cotton knitted dyeing with reactive dyes. The optimum dosage of chitosan of different pretreatment process were explored. Optimized dyeing process was:1.5%dye, 30 g/L salt, and 20 min dyeing. Dye-uptake was increased by 9.9%, and both the rubbing fastness and washing fastness were at level 4. Salt dosage and dyeing time can be decreased, dye utilization ratio was increased, and environment pollution was reduced sing this kind of process.
