摘要
通过花序浸染法获得了转化有水母发光蛋白基因的拟南芥植株,利用该材料研究了低温胁迫下植物细胞内Ca2+浓度的变化.结果表明,低温刺激可引起细胞内Ca2+浓度升高,EGTA和LaCl3能抑制Ca2+浓度升高.
The Arabidopsis transformed aequorin was obtained by floral-dip method. The paper studied the concentration changes of cytoplasmic free calcium responses to low temperature. The results showed that cold shock could elicit an immediate rise in cytoplasmic free calcium concentration. EGTA and lanthanum caused a partial inhibition of cold shock Ca^2+ elevation.
