摘要
目的观察温针治疗囊肿结节型痤疮的临床疗效。方法将66例囊肿结节型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组进行治疗。治疗组在针刺得气后,于主穴处温针灸;对照组针刺同样穴位,并施以补法。观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后各种面部皮损的变化、炎症和患者体质的改善程度。结果两组临床疗效相比,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组对痤疮皮损的压痛、潮红、囊肿、结节的作用及炎症、患者体质的改善程度,与对照组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组,且复发的皮损也较对照组少,形态破坏小。结论温针疗法治疗囊肿结节型痤疮具有改善体质、整体效果较好、见效快、复发率低、无毒副反应等优点。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of warming needling in treating cystic nodular acne. Methods Sixty-six patients with cystic nodular aene were randomly allocated to wanning needling and simple acupuncture groups. In the treatment group, the main points were given wanning needling treatment after arrival of qi. In the control group, the same points were acupunctured by a reinforcing method. The clinical therapeutic effect, and the posttreatment change in facial skin injury and improvements in inflammation and body constitution were observed in both groups. Results A comparison of the clinical therapeutic effects between the two groups showed that it was better in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were statistically significant differences in the effect on tenderness, flare, cyst and node at aene skin injury and improvements in inflammation and body constitution between the treatment and control groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The recurrence rate was significantly lower, the number of recurring skin injuries was smaller and the shape changed less in the warming needling group than in the simple acupuncture group. Conclusion Warming needling treatment has the advantages of improving body constitution, having a good holistic effect, producing a quick therapeutic effect, being of low recurrence rate and no toxic side effect and being economical and simple. It is very worthy of an in-depth study and clinical popularization.
