摘要
目前,我国高校正在进行一系列管理制度上的改革,这对于高校综合质量的提高有着积极意义。其中,作为高校重要考核指标的教师绩效的考量与评估,成为人们关注的焦点。尝试以美国、英国和日本三个教育大国为例,从相关方面进行分析,并与我国目前正在实施的相关政策作出比较,以求能够达到借鉴的目的。
At present, China＇s colleges are carry out a series of management reforms, for which has a positive meaning to the comprehensive improvement in the quality of higher learning. Among them, as an important indicator of teacher performance evaluation of the check and evaluation of college, it has become the focus of attention. Trying to take the three major powers of the United States, Britain and Japan as the example, from the relevant aspects of analysis, and make a comparison with our ongoing policy, in order to be able to achieve the aim.
