摘要
１日龄雌性粤黄鸡随机分为４组，实验组各组分别每周胸肌注射０５ｍＬ１∶１、１∶５、１∶２５稀释的鸡脾脏转移因子提取液，对照组注射等量ＰＢＳ。每周称重，第４、８周龄时分别采集血样，用ＲＩＡ法测定血液中Ｔ４、Ｔ３、ＧＨ的浓度。结果表明：注射高浓度（１∶１）的鸡脾脏转移因子提取液能显著促进粤黄鸡生长、提高血液中Ｔ４、ＧＨ浓度。
ne daold female Yuehuang broilers were randomly divided into four groups.Group Ⅰ served as control and received injections into sternal muscle with 0.5 mL sterile phosphate buffer solution,while group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were injeced with 0.5 mL chicken spleen transfer factor extract of different dilutions (1:1,1:5,1:25 respectively).All broilers were weighted once a week.Blood samples were collected twice at 4 and 8 week-old,and the concentrations of thyroxine(T4) ,triiodothyroxine(T3) and growth hormone(GH) in sera were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA).The results show that high concentration(1:1) of chicken spleen transfer factor extract promote the growth and enhance the blood concentrations of T4 and GH in Yuehuang Broilers.
