基于虚拟仪器的机械参量测试系统设计

摘要 针对传统测试实验仪的功能单一、操作复杂、扩展性差等方面的问题,提出了在CSY传感器实验仪的基础上,开发基于虚拟仪器的机械参量测试系统。并对机械参量的检测原理、检测方法进行了详细分析;对测试系统的硬件构建,测试系统的软件设计,数据采集等关键技术进行了说明。改进后的测试系统,可进行应力、位移、电机测速等常见机械量的自动化测试,人机界面友好,性价比高。 Aiming at the problems of single function, comphcated operation and poor expansibility, etc. For the traditional experimental measuring instruments, the writers proposed to develop, on the base of CSY model sensor's experimental instrument, a virtual instrument measuring system of mechanical parameters. Measuring principals & methods for relevant mechanical parameters are analyzed in details, and the key techniques of the measuring system such as hardware setting up, software designing and data collecting are explained here. With friendly interface to operators and high ratio of the performance vs price, this developed measuring system could be used to measure some familiar mechanical parameters automatically, like stress, displacement and motor rotating speed, etc.
