摘要
简介了机械工程中应变检测的意义和基本方法,重点说明了基于LabVIEW的动态应变检测系统的检测原理、硬件组成,以及利用LabVIEW软件实现该系统功能模块的程序流程和具体的设计过程,给出了机械振动中应变测量图例,最后指出该系统在机械工程方面的技术应用。该系统可实时表现所测得应变值及其动态变化过程。测量系统检测效率高,简单易用,可按需增减其他功能模块,在机械参量的检测中广泛应用,非常适用于机械工程的研究。
Meaning and basic ways of strain detecting in mechanical engineering were briefly introduced in this paper, with emphasis on principle and hardware composition of dynamic strain detecting system based on LabVIEW, and the flow and procedure programming function modules. Strain detecting legend in mechanical vibra- tion, and application of this system in mechanical engineering was also showed in this paper. The system featured by high efficiency and easy application can display detected strains and their dynamic change process in real time. Some function modules may be added to or subtracted from as the case may be, so the system is widely used for measuring mechanical parameters, very much fit for mechanical engineering research.
