摘要
基于生态系统管理理论方法,提出"灾民安置服务"课程教学理论与技能实训复合一体化系统的观点,将该系统划分为多个情景设计模拟系统,即灾民疏散、住宿管理、饮食卫生、安抚服务及安置政策等,并对模拟系统展开教学改革研究。依据生态系统管理的科学思维方法,采用资料收集、文献查找及情境设计等工具构建"灾民安置服务"课程教学理论与技能实训复合一体化度量标度体系,强化课程教学环节的技能实训内容,目的在于一方面丰富完善公共安全管理技能实训型课程群知识结构,另一方面强化课程技能实训层面,使课程内容具有硬性技术知识层面的内容。
Based on the theoretical method of the ecosystem management, this paper puts forward the viewpoint of complex integrated system, i. e. , combining the teaching theory with skill training, for "Victims Placement Services. " The system is divided into multiple scenarios designed to simulate the system, including victims evacuation, accommodation management, food hygiene , to appease the services and resettlement policies, and expand the teaching of simulation sys- tern. According to the scientific basis for ecosystem management, this paper uses data collection, literature search, and scene design tools to build "Victims Placement Services" teaching theory-skill training complex measurement scale system integration, strengthening of skills training courses teaching content. The purpose is to improve public safety on not only a rich management skills training course group knowledge structure type, but also levels of skill training courses, inclu- ding the content of hard technical knowledge level.
