摘要
程序化操作是无人值班变电站发展的必然。阐述了程序化操作变电站中程序化操作实现的方式和目标、全方位的程序化操作发展方向、程序化操作的通信协议的选择、操作票的模式、程序化操作方案的选择、程序化操作在调度端的实现、保证程序化操作正确性的措施、程序化操作变电站的扩建以及对运行管理的要求等几个关键问题,在技术分析的基础上给出了实现方案。
Sequence control is the trend of substation automation. Emphasis is placed on the following issues: the way and goal of sequence control, the omni-directional sequence control, the protocol used in sequence control, the mode Of operation ticket, the sequence control scheme, the implementation of sequence control in the dispatching center, measures to guarantee correct control, substation expansion and the reform in running and management. The implementation scheme for sequence control is given based on the above technical analysis.
