摘要
调节细胞增殖、分化和凋亡的信号转导通路中某一环节的异常,可引起细胞生长失控,导致肿瘤的发生、发展和转移。中医药调控肿瘤信号转导已成为近年来中医药抗肿瘤机制研究的重要内容之一,为明确中医药抗肿瘤的整体作用优势以及开发新的抗肿瘤药物提供理论依据。
Abnormality of certain phase in signal transduction pathway which controls cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis can cause cell growth out of control and induce occurrence, development, and metastasis of tumor. The regulation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） to tumor signal transduction has become an important subject of mechanism research on antitumor effect of TCM, which may provid theoretical evidences for identifying the advantage of TCM in its integrated effect of antitnmor and developing new antitumor drugs.
