摘要
在对长三角都市圈16座城市技术交易市场的发展现状进行聚类分析的基础上,指出了长三角都市圈技术交易中存在的主要问题,构建了长三角都市圈统一技术市场结构模型,从交易主体行为制约机制、技术中介组织机制、统一信息系统运行机制和统一市场监管机制等方面对长三角都市圈技术交易市场运行机制进行了初步探讨。
Based on the cluster analysis on the technology trade situations of 16 cities in Yangtze River Delta metropolitan region, this paper points out the problems existing in technology trade in this metropolitan area, and constructs the unified technology market model on Yangtze River Delta metropolitan region. And it discusses the operation mechanism of technology trade market in Yangtze River Delta metropolitan region from aspects of the behavior restriction mechanism for transaction participants, the organization mechanism of technology agency, the operation mechanism of unified information system and the unified market supervision mechanism.
