三环唑残留量的气相色谱分析 被引量:3

ANALYSIS OF TRICYCLAZOLE RESIDUES BY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

摘要 本文研究了用气相色谱分析水稻、土壤和水中三环唑的残留量.土壤,稻壳和糙米样品经索氏抽提法提取,稻叶经乙酸乙酯抽提,凝结法净化;水样经二氯甲烷直接提取,用带火焰光度S-型检测器的气相色谱仪进行检测,土壤中添加浓度为0.10—5.00μg/g时,平均口收率为95.4±4.2%(X±S%);水中添加浓度为0.01—1.00μg/ml时的平均回收率为97.3—5.3%,稻叶,糙米和稻壳中添加浓度为0.10—1.00μg/g时,平均回收率分别为95.4±4.4%,96.2±9.1%和95.0±4.4%. A gas chromatographic analytical method for the determination of tricyclazole residues in rice, soil and water samples was described. Tricyclazole was extracted from soil, brown rice and rice husk by refluxing with ethyl acetate-acetone (80:20, V/V), from rice leaf with ethyl acetate and from water by partitioning into dichloromethane. The extract of soil and rice was cleaned up using coagulation. The compound was detected and measured by gas chromatography with flame photometric detection (S-mode). Spiked with tricyclazole, the recoveries averaged 95.4±4.2%(X±Sx%), for soil with additive concentration ranging from 0.10-5.00μg/g, 97.3±5.3% for water with that rangeing from 0.10-1.00 μg/ml and 95.4±4.4%, 96.2±9.1% and 95.0±4.4% for rice leaf, brown rice and rice husk with that ranging from 0.10-1.00μg/g, respectively.
