摘要
在相关统计数据的基础上,论证了以铁路、公路和水路货物运输业来衡量中国物流业发展水平的合理性;采用主成分分析法,分析宏观物流成本评价指标——社会物流总费用与GDP的比例与各影响因素之间的关系,得到该指标受经济结构影响显著,不能充分反映实际的物流业发展水平的结论;在此基础上,提出新的评价指标——社会物流总费用与社会物流总额的比例,分析结果表明,该指标受经济结构影响小于其它因素,更能直接反应物流业发展水平,可以作为不同经济结构情形下宏观物流成本评价指标。
Based on the statistics related to logistics costs, we verify the rationality of utilizing railway, highway and waterway freight transportation industry to measure China logistics industry was verified. Principal component analysis （PCA） ss used to analyze the relationship between macroscopical logistics costs evaluating index-logistics costs as a percentage of GDP and its influencing factors, and it is suggested that this index is more significantly influenced by the economic structure than other factors and can not reflect the real situation of logistics industry. A new index-logistics costs as a percentage of total logisties amount is put forward. Based on the same basic data and analyzing method, the result suggests that the economic structure influences the new index less than other factors, the new index is better to reflect the development of the logistics industry, and it is a good index to evaluate macroscopical logistics costs under the condition of different economic structure.
