摘要
本文研究了牛血清白蛋白(BSA)在裸银电极上的直接电化学行为,在pH=7.0的KH2PO4-K2HPO4缓冲溶液中,BSA在裸银电极上有一对准可逆的氧化还原峰,当扫描速度为20mV/s.BSA浓度为1.2×10-7mol/L时,峰电位分别为+0.20V(氧化峰)和+0.05V(还原峰)vs·SCE.动力学研究表明:电极反应的电子转移数为1.89(相当于2个电子反应),表现电子传递速率常数为0.056s-1.氧化峰和还原峰电流与BSA浓度在6.0×10-8~8.0×10-7mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系。
This paper reports the direct electrochemical behavior of bovine serum albumin (BSA) at bare silver electrodes in medium of phosphate buffer (pH=7.0).In potential range of -0.10 ̄+0.35V(vs SCE),A Pare of redox peaks are observed at +0.05V(reduction) and +0.20V (Oxidation) respectively.The redox reactions between BSA and silver electrodes are quasi-reversible with 2 election transfer and 0.70 coefficient as well as 0.056 s -1 apparent election-transfer rate constant.Moreover,both cathodic peak currents and anodic peak currents are linear relationship with BSA concentration in the range of 6.0×10 -8 ~8.0×10 -7 mol/L.It is possible to be used as a method for determination of BSA quantitatively.
