摘要
根据师专数学教育培养目标，提出变单一的教育实习，为系统连贯的教育实践──教育辅习、教育见习及教育实习的改革方案．
According to the objeetives of Mathernatics teachert's education in the Normal College,this paper puts forward reform in Education practicing by changing the simple procedure into a systematic,consecutive Education Implementation including Assistant Education Practicing,Education Probation and Education Practicing.
