论述了运筹学教学在人才素质培养方面的作用，对师范院校如何通过运筹学教育培养学生素质和能力进行了探讨．
This paper discussed the role that the instruction of Operations Research played in the cultivation of talent's qualities. Besides, it presented approaches to developing students' qualities and capabilities by meant of offering Operations Research in teachers' colleges and universities
