摘要
用溶剂提取和柱色谱相结合的预分离程序,以及GC和GC-MS方法分析研究了鲁奇煤气化工艺低温煤焦油中的多环芳烃化合物.经GC-MS结合GC保留指数和标样对照共鉴定出78种2—6环各类多环芳烃化合物,并对各组分进行了定量分析.对不同来源样品中多环芳烃的含量作了比较探讨,并通过Ames试验,研究讨论了样品的生物活性.
Low-temperature coal tar sample from Lurgi coal gasification was first divided into acid, base and neutral fractions with acid-base extraction. The neutral fraction was fractionated by LC on silica gel column to provide aliphatic hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and other polar compound sub-fractions. Seventy-eight polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were identified by using capillary gas chromatography and gas chromatography/mass Spectrometry and checked with gas chromatography retention indices as well as with standards.The concentrations of these polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbns in the coal tar sample were determined by gas chromatography and compared with those from other sources. The results of Ames Biossay of the coal tar sample and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons fraction were discussed.
