摘要
针对钛合金型材挤压过程中隔热-保护-润滑的需求,对不同挤压温度下所用玻璃垫的玻璃成分进行了合理的选择,对玻璃粉的高温粘度、熔化速度等物理性能进行了分析测试,讨论了玻璃垫的制备工艺以及玻璃垫厚度对隔热效果的影响。实验结果表明,所选用的TB8玻璃垫在钛合金型材挤压过程中具有良好的使用效果,满足了钛合金型材挤压的需要。
Abstract: To meet the requesement of thermal insulation-protect-lubricant in titanium section extruding, the proper selection of composition of glass pad under different extruding temperature was conducted, and the physical properties of glass pad such as high temperature viscosity, melting rate etc. analyzed. The effect of preparation process of glass pad and pad thickness on heat insulation result was also discussed.The results show that the selected glass pad has a good effect on titanium section extruding, and can meet the requirement of titanium section extruding.
