摘要
试管植物的玻璃化现象是植物组织培养中出现的特有现象.本文通过对香石价试管正常苗和玻璃化苗茎叶的解剖结构的观察比较发现:二者共同表现为通气组织发达;叶表皮细胞单层,表皮细胞上具有泌水组织(水孔)等等.与正常苗相比:玻璃化苗叶片不具有栅栏组织,仅有海绵组织;叶片厚而长;维管组织发育不完全等特征.
The appearance of the glassy plant of test tabe is special in plant tissue. After observing and comparing the formal shoots and the stem and leaves of vitrification shoots,we found that both of them were singlelayer;and there were water pores in epidermis cell,etc. Compare with the formal shoots,the leaves of vitrification shoots had not palisade tissue,but had spongytissue; the leaves were thick and long;and the growth of vascular tissue was not complete.
