摘要
应用LSAB免疫组织化学方法研究67例胃癌标本中p53和c-myc的表达与多药耐药性(MDR)的关系。结果显示本组胃癌中p53阳性32例,阳性率47.8%;c-myc阳性37例,阳性率552%;P-gp阳性39例,阳性率58.2%。p53的异常表达与mdr-1基因表达呈显著正相关(r=0.37,P<0.05),而c-myc和mdr-1的表达未见明显相关。提示p53异常表达可增强mdr-1基因的表达,从而使胃癌细胞获得MDR类型。
By using immunohistochemical methods, the correlation of the expression of p53 and c-myc protein andmulti-drug resistance (MDR) in 67 cases of gastric cancer was studied. The results showed that 32 (47. 8 % ) casesof gastric cancer were positive of p53, 37 (55. 2 % )cases of gastric cancer were positive of c-myc, 39 (58. 2 % ) ofP-glycoprotein (P-gp). A significant correlation was found between p53 overexpression and mdr-1 gene expression(r=O0 37, P<0.05). Meanwhile,a non-significant correlation between the expression of c-myc and that of mdr-1was seen. It is suggested that p53 overexpression might increase the expression of mdr-1 gene, so gastric cancerproduces MDR.
