脉冲辐解法研究双核铜(Ⅱ)穴合物催化歧化O_2^-

A Pulse Radiolysis Study of the Catalytic Dismutation of Superoxide Ion by Binuclear Copper(Ⅱ) Cryptate

摘要 合成并表征了一个全新的双核铜(Ⅱ)穴合物,并首次利用脉冲辐解法来研究双核铜(Ⅱ)穴合物(SOD模型物)与反应动力学,结果表明该铜(Ⅱ)穴合物的催化速率常数可达1.89×107,铜(Ⅱ)穴合物催化歧化为一级反应。 篈 novel binuclear copper(Ⅱ) cryptate (SOD model compound) was synthesized andcharacterized in detail. Using pulse radiolysis, the kinetics and mechanism of catalytic dismutationof O2 by the copper(Ⅱ)cryptate were studied. The catalytic rate constant was 1 .89 ×10'. Thecatalytic mechanism of cryptate was a first-order reaction with regard to O2.
