摘要
以自行合成的丝氨酸铜Cu(Ser)2和甘氨酰甘氨酸铜Cu(Gly-Gly)2作为SOD模拟物,在pH7.8及(20.0±0.5)℃条件下,用脉冲辐解法分别研究其催化超氧阴离子自由基(O)歧化反应的动力学,得到了反应级数n及催化速率常数kcat,并初步探讨了反应机理.证实了水溶液中Cu(Ⅱ)-氨基酸络合物催化O歧化反应乒乓机理中的第一步反应是整个反应过程的速控步骤.
Cu(Ser)2 and Cu(Gly-Gly)2, as analogues of SOD were prepared. Kinetics of dismutation of superoxide ion catalyzed by Cu(Ser)2 and Cu(Gly-Gly)2 by using pulse radiolysis were studied at PH 7.8 and (20.0±0.5)℃. The rate constants Kcat, the reaction order n were obtained and the catalyst mechanism was probed. The first step in the mechanism is the determined step was proved.
