摘要
针对大型燃煤锅炉受热面的结渣和积灰,从熵产理论出发,分析了吹灰中受热面的传热熵产、流阻熵产、传质熵产、散热熵产、电机熵产等,并建立了总熵产模型。采集锅炉运行的实时数据,对吹灰前后锅炉受热面熵产数进行计算与分析,总结熵产数的变化特性,其结果对吹灰优化有实际意义。
Directing against problems of slagging and ash deposition on heating surface of large - capacity coal - firing boiler, starting from the theory of entropy production, and analysing every entropy production on heating surface during the time of sootblowing, a model of total entropy production has been established. Through acquisition of real -time data in operation of boiler, the entropy production number on the heating surface of boiler before and after sootblowing has been calculated and analysed, and the variation characteristics of entropy production numer being summarized. The results have practical significance for optimization of sootblowing in power plants.
