摘要
目的探讨关节镜技术在股骨内固定钢板取出术中的应用及疗效。方法股骨干骨折钢板内固定术后患者13例,其中男9例,女4例;平均年龄35岁(16~57岁)。在原切口上对应钢板一端行2~3 cm切口,在第2和第3个螺钉间、第4和第5个螺钉间等沿原切口切开约0.5 cm切口,关节镜监视下取出螺钉及钢板。结果所有患者切口均一期愈合,无感染及神经、血管损伤等并发症。术后第2天下床活动,术后第4天出院。结论关节镜辅助下股骨内固定钢板取出术是组织创伤小、安全可靠、操作简便、术后患者康复较快的手术方法。
Objective To explore the application of arthroscopy-assisted removal of a plate in the shaft of lemur. Methods There were thirteen patients with interval fixation for the fracture of femoral shaft. The patients were 16~ 57 years,averaged 35 years.and were composed of 9 men and 4 women. A approximately 2-3 cm skin incision was made distally or proximally on the old incision scar. And a 0.5 cm incision was made on the old incision between the 2nd screw and 3rd screw,4th screw and 5th screw,6th screw and 7th screw and so on. The screws and the plate were removed with arthroscopy-assisted. Results All of the wounds were healing on 1 stage. There was no infection and complication such as injury of blood vessel or nerve. Postoperative pain was minimized ,and patients regained their preoperative levels of activity more quickly. Conclusion Arthroscopy assisted minimally invasive removal of a plate in the shaft of femur minimizes soft tissue damage ,and is safe and effective. It is easy for patients to rehabilitate early.
