摘要
目的评价AO锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法应用AO锁骨钩钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折11例。通过4—12个月（平均8个月）的术后随访，从骨折愈合、疼痛和肩关节功能等三方面评价手术疗效。结果所有病例均骨性愈合，10例患者术后6周肩关节功能恢复良好且无疼痛，仅1例术后4个月仍有轻度肩关节活动受限和疼痛，经钢板取出、理疗及功能锻炼后效果满意。结论AO锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折可获得良好的临床疗效，有固定坚强、不损伤关节面、早期功能锻炼等优点。
Objective To evaluate the effects of AO clavicular hook plate for distal clavicular fracture. Methods 11 patients suffering Neer Ⅱ distal clavicular fracture had been cured by AO clavicular hook plate. The therapeutic effects were evaluated from 3 aspects including the faeture healing, painful feeling and function of shoulder joint by re-check 4- 12 months after operation （8 months on the average）. Results The fractures of all patients were healed. The shoulder joints functions of 10 patients completely recovered and had no pain-feeling 6 weeks later. Only one patient＇s shoulder joint movement was slightly restricted and had a minor painful feeling. Satisfactory therapeutic effect was achieved after taking the steel plate out in combination with physical therapy and dirigation. Conclusions The AO clavicular hook plate is one of the effective medical apparatuses for therapy of distal clavicular fracture in clinic, of which the characteristic is strong, no damage to the surface of joint, and suitable to early function exercise etc.
