摘要 随着儿童肥胖发病率的直线上升和不断的低龄化,其所引起的代谢综合征和成人期心脑血管疾病的高发已严重地危及人类的身心健康。儿童肥胖症已成为全球关注的公共卫生问题,同时也成为影响中国城市儿童青少年的主要健康问题。导致儿童肥胖持续、快速增长的原因极为复杂,其发病机制尚不十分清楚。因此,深入研究儿童肥胖的病因,为预防和控制儿童肥胖提供科学依据显得尤为重要。 Along with lineal rise and continuous low morbidity age tendency in morbidity rate of children's obesity, the high incidences of metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular or/and cerebrovascular diseases in adulthood caused by obesity in childhood have harmed to physical and mental health of human beings. Obesity in children has becoming a public health problem worldwide, it also becoming a key health problem that affects urban children and adolescents in China. The causes that lead continuous and rapid increase of obesity in children are quite complicated, and their mechanisms are unclear yet now. Therefore, it becomes more and more important to deeply research on etiology of obesity of children for providing scientific basis to prevent and control obesity of children.
