摘要
从国家财政制度创新角度,分析了长三角区域经济一体化现状,提出通过推进长三角财政制度创新来促进经济一体化的新思路:经济一体化应与财政制度创新同步;"区域公共产品"需由各地区财政共同投资,城乡一体化的实现和推进必须依靠财政手段,以此才能尽快实现长三角城市经济社会一体化发展战略。
From the point of national financial system innovation, this paper analyzes the status of the economic integration in Yangtze River Delta, and proposes a new idea about the financial sys- tem innovation to promote economic integration in Yangtze River Delta： economic integration should be synchronized with the innovation of the financial system; regional public goods should be invested by the regional financial investment; the realization and promotion of rural-urban integration should be based on financial tools. All these can help to realize the integration of Yangtze River Delta of economic and social development strategy.
