摘要
目的评价咪唑斯汀治疗接触性皮炎的疗效。方法将接触性皮炎45例随机分为二组,治疗组给予咪唑斯汀口服,对照组给予氯雷他定口服,至临床症状、体征消失,或连续服用14d后停药。结果治疗第七天咪唑斯汀疗效显著优于氯雷他定,二组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第十四天二组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论咪唑斯汀在临床治疗接触性皮炎时是一种好的选择。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of mizolastine treating contact dermatitis. Methods 45 outpatients with contact dermatitis were randomized into two groups;experimental group was treated by zolastine, control group was treated by atadine. Results At the end of 7th day, there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0, 05）;at the end of 14th day,there was not significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Mizolastine is a good choice for clinical treating contact dermatitis.
