摘要 论述了一种多功能果蔬保鲜涂料的保鲜原理、制造方法及试验效果。多功能保鲜涂料以水为溶剂,以对羟基苯甲酸酯类为防腐剂,以海藻酸盐、淀粉及油酸盐为成膜材料,经特殊生产工艺加工而成.该多功能果蔬保鲜涂料采用具有广泛抑制霉菌和细菌作用的防腐剂,在生产中灵活调节淀粉掺入量来改变透气孔率以满足不同果蔬的呼吸强度,因此,这种多功能保鲜涂料适于贮藏苹果、梨、青椒。 Discussed the fresh-keeping theory,preparation method and test results about a versatile fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping coat.The versatile fruit and vegetable fresh_keeping coat is a special coat in which water is used as the solvent,P hydroxybenzoate as preservatives and alginate,starch and oleate as a filmogen.The preservatives which is mould-preventing and bacterxiostatic is used in the new production of the paint.Adjusted the amount of starch can change the rate of ventilative port to meet the different needs of respiration of various fruit and vegetable.So,this kind of coat is used in storing variou fruit and vegetable such as pingguo pear,pepper,watermelon.
