摘要
通过共沉淀法,采用氨水、尿素、碳酸氢铵三种不同的沉淀剂,与硝酸盐的混合溶液反应制备了YAG前驱体,将三种沉淀剂得到的前驱体在不同温度下煅烧。采用红外光谱(IR)、热重/差热分析(DTA-TG)测试手段对前驱体及煅烧后的粉体进行测试、分析、比较。结果表明:采用碳酸氢铵作为沉淀剂,实验比较简单、环保、经济,铝和钇元素分布相对比较均匀,在1100℃煅烧2h即可获得纯YAG相粉体。
YAG precursors were synthesized by the co-precipitation using ammonia water, urea and ammonium hydrogen carbonate as precipitators. The precursors were sintered at various temperatures to obtained powders. The precursors and the powders sintered at different temperatures were characterized by infrared spectrum ( IR ) and thermogravimetry/differential thermal analysis ( TG/DTA ) , The results showed that pure YAG powder was obtained at 1100% using ammonium hydrogen carbonate as precipitating agent.Aluminum and Yttrium elements in the sample distributes homogenously.
