摘要
使用草酸铵作为沉淀剂,用共沉淀法制备超细Ce0.8Y0.2O1.9粉体,研究了沉淀反应温度、沉淀剂初始浓度、沉淀方式和洗涤介质对粉体比表面积和粒度的影响;采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对产物的性能进行表征,BET法测定样品的比表面积,计算粉体颗粒的平均晶粒度和平均等效直径dBET及产物的产率,并由此确定了较佳的工艺制备条件.
Ultrafine Ce0.8Y0.2O1.9 powder was synthesized via co-precipitation using oxalate as precipitant agent.The effects of reaction temperation,initial concentration of(NH4)2C2O4,way of adding precipitate agent and washing medium were investigated.The structural properties of powers were characterized by X-ray diffractrometry and scanning electron microscope.Specific surface area of samples was measured by BET method.The average crystalline size,DXRD,and the average equivalent diameter,dBET,of the microscopic particle,and yield of product were calculated.Thus the better technologcial conditions were determined.
