摘要
该文就青岛汽轮机厂制造的Ｃ６３５／５机组在投入调整抽汽时存在的高低压调节阀强烈波动问题，从低压调节阀重叠度不当，迟缓率过大等４方面，分析了调节阀波动的原因，找到了解决该问题的措施。
The paper deals with the high and low pressure governing valve fluctuation problem of a C6 35/5 steam turbine, manufactured by Qingdao Steam Turbine Works, after commissioning.The paper discusses four reasons that may have caused these fluctuations, including inappropriate overlap of the low pressure governing valves and too broad a dead band, and reports on the subsequent remedies taken for solving the problem.
