摘要
针对江苏南京华润热电有限公司135MW机组C135-13.24/0.981/535/535型汽轮机在较小的抽汽供热流量运行工况下,高压调门和调整抽汽阀均发生程度不同的晃动问题,调整抽汽的电液控制对较小抽汽流量下调整抽汽阀晃动引起的高压调门晃动原因进行了深入分析,按照机组实际运行情况采取相应处理措施后,问题得以解决。
High pressure governor valve and bled steam control valve shake in lower bled steam flow operation. After some detailed analysis based on electric-hydraulic control principle ,the problem was resolved by adjusting the process data according to the operation condition.
