植物化学物α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂样降血糖作用及其评价方法 被引量:11

摘要 天然植物性食物和传统草药在降血糖、糖尿病防治中发挥着重要作用,然而与合成性药物相比,其组分和作用机制复杂。本文主要根据降糖药物α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的作用机制,对具有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂样作用的植物化学物的相关研究进行了总结,着重综述了筛选和评价方法。
