摘要
针对目前我国的基本国情,基于高等教育公平与效率的涵义,阐述高等教育中公平与效率的关系:效率决定着公平;公平制约着效率;效率优先,促进公平。
Pointed to our country＇s current fundamental conditions, based on the meanings of higher edueation＇s fairness and efficiency,the article demonstrates the relationship between fairness and efficiency in higher education：fairness limits efficiency and it is determined by efficiency, and efficiency is of priority and promotes fairness.
