摘要
本文认为 ,目前我国的教育供求矛盾依然十分尖锐 ,怎样解决这一问题 ,长期以来 ,人们总是出于一种良好的愿望 ,误以为只要解决了教育经费短缺就能确保教育供求矛盾的解决 ,却严重忽视了造成教育供求矛盾紧张另一方面的原因 ,即由于教育产权与职责的模糊这一体制内在的缺陷所造成的教育效率低下的严重影响 ,并从产权经济学的视角揭示了教育效率低下的体制根源 。
As to how to solve the imbalance between the supply and demand in the field of education, in a long-run term, people of this field have been thought that sufficient supply of the education expenditure is a good way. While this thesis thinks that people ignore a critical reason when it comes to the problem. The ambiguity of property and responsibility in education is an innate defiance which led to the low-efficiency. It, then, from the perspective of property economics, reveals the origin of the problem and proposes some countermeasures.
