摘要
通过对我国体育教学改革进展情况的阐述,在借鉴国内外学者对体育教学改革进展研究经验的基础上,分析了我国体育院校游泳教学中存在的问题,认为游泳教学理念滞后、游泳教学内容陈旧、游泳教学方法不合理和游泳教材缺乏大众性是制约我国游泳教学发展的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了树立终身体育教学理念、更新游泳教学内容、构建丰富的游泳教学方法体系、改革教材和培养新型的游泳教师等游泳教学改革的具体思路。
The author of this paper first sets forth the circumstance of the reform of physical education in China. On the base of the research experience of the PE reform from domestic and foreign scholars, it analyzes the existing problems of swimming teaching in Chinese PE colleges and universities, and brings forward that the key problems that impede swimming teaching development are laggard philosophy of swimming teaching, the old swimming teaching content, the unreasonable swimming teaching methods and the lack of commonalty in swimming teaching material. Furthermore, the paper puts forth the ideas of the reform of swimming teaching, establishing the philosophy of lifetime physical education, updating the teaching content, building systematic swimming teaching methods, innovating the teaching material and fostering new swimming teachers.
