摘要
为了比较用不同食物培养和不同方式处理的蒙古裸腹氵蚤,作为海水鱼苗活饵料的效果,对真鲷、许氏平鱼由和花鲈的仔稚鱼作了投喂试验。结果表明:酵母裸腹氵蚤不能保证海水鱼类的正常生长和存活,但全用小球藻培养的裸腹氵蚤以及酵母裸腹氵蚤经小球藻第二次培养或直接用鱼油强化后,可以提高食物价值,成为海水鱼类育苗时的优质食物。文中讨论了用不同方式处理的蒙古裸腹氵蚤的高度不饱和脂肪酸(Σω3HUFA)含量和对于海水鱼苗的营养价值。
Feeding trials of red bream ( Pagrosomus major), Sebastes schllegeli and sea bass ( Lateolabrax japonicus ) larvae were conducted to evaluate the effects of Moina mongolica fed different foods and with various treatments as live food for the larvae. The results revealed that the cladocera fed yeast (yeast- Moina) failed to improve growth and survival of the fish larvae, whereas the cladocera fed Chlorella sp. and the yeast-moina cultured with Chlorella sp. secondarily or directly enriched with fish oil increased dietary value for marine fish larvae. Influence of highly unsaturated fatty acid(Σω 3HUFA) contents of Moina mongolica with different treatments on nutritional value for marine fish larvae were discussed.
