摘要
为深层次消化吸收HXD2机车构架设计原理和结构特点,研究了HXD2机车构架强度分析的超常载荷、运营载荷及计算工况以及构架疲劳试验所执行的技术规范,利用大型通用软件分析了构架强度、疲劳强度并与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明,HXD2机车构架强度、疲劳强度符合设计要求。
To deeply understand the design principle and structure feature of the bogie frame for HXD2 locomotive, this paper studies its overload and workload and frame's calculation condition and the technical specification for the fatigue strength test. It also analyzes the frame and fatigue strength by using general FEM software and compare the result got in the experiment, which shows that the frame and fatigue strength can meet the design requirement.
