The Static Strength and Fatigue Strength Test for Welding Bogie Frames for Multiple Units

摘要 介绍了PW5100型和PW1200型城际动车转向架焊接构架在AEF实验室进行强度试验的情况,从载荷工况选取、试验台架设计、应变片布置和试验结果评定等方面比较了与国内试验的差异,总结了欧洲在构架强度试验方面的先进技术。 The testing of the welding bogie frames for PW5100 and PW1200 intercity multiple units in the AEF laboratory is described. It is compared with the domestic testing in such aspects as selection of loading conditions, design of testing bench and brackets, arrangement of strain gauges and evaluation of test results. The advanced technologies of strength test for frames in Europe are summarized.
