摘要
目的:建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定面粉中镉和钴含量的方法。方法:采用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,并以1000mg/L PdCl2和1%的Vc溶液5μl作为基体改进剂,经氘灯校正背景,利用石墨炉原子吸收法对样品中镉、钴的含量进行测定。结果:微波消解法对样品进行前处理,减少了消化过程中元素的损失,其回收率分别在98.1%-106.5%和97.2%~102.6%之间,方法的相对标准偏差分别为4.5%和5.1%,检出限分别为0.50和1.60ng/ml。结论:具有简便、快速、灵敏、稳定、准确等优点,适于面粉中镉、钴的分析测定。
Objection:To set the means that trace cadmium and cobalt in flour with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy and microwave digest. Methods:We fore -treat the samples by microwave digest firstly, then take the PdCl2 of 1000 mg/ L and 5 μl Vc of 1% as the matrix modifier, and rectifying background by Deuterium light. At last determine the content of cadmium and cobalt in flour with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results: We reduce the loss of the elements by the way that do the fore - treat to samples with microwave digest. The recovery is in the range of 98. 1% - 106. 5% and 97. 2% - 102. 6%. The relative standard deviation of the method is 4. 5% and 5. 1%. The limit of detection is 0. 50 ng/ml and 1.60 ng/ ml. Conclusion:The method is suitable for the determination of trace cadmium and cobalt in flour of being simple, rapid, sensitive, stable and accurate etc. , and the results were satisfactory.
