摘要
建立了以钯为基体改进剂石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定中药黄姜中微量镉的方法。考察了基体改进剂的用量、灰化/原子化温度和常见共存离子等因素对测定的影响。在优化实验条件下,方法的检出限为0.075 ng·mL-1,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.8%,回收率90%-110%。
In this paper, a method for direct determination of trace cadmium in Chinese medicine Dioscorea zingiberensis by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) was described with palladium as a matrix modifier. The influence factors, including the matrix modifier concentration, ashing/atomization temperature, and coexistent ions were investigated. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the detection limit and the relative standard deviation were 0.075 ng(.)mL(-1) and 3.8%, respectively. The recoveries were between 90% and 110%.
