摘要
为更有效迅速地关闭供皮区创面，缩小供区面积，节省手术时间，作者采用皮肤伸展术修复常规无法拉拢缝合的游离皮瓣、皮瓣及供皮区创面。临床应用３２例，取得了预期效果。本文介绍了手术要点、作用机理及注意事项，认为皮肤伸展术关闭供区是一种简便、迅速。
In order to close the tissue donor site effectively and quickly as well as to reduce the donor site area and shorten the time of operation,the skin stretching technique was applied to close those free skin flaps,skin flaps and wound of the donor site which were impossible in conventional operation.32 patients were treated with expectant effect.Key points of the operation ,metablism and precautions were also disscused in this paper.Skin stretching technique for closing the skin donor site is a simple,rapid and safe method.
