摘要
高校图书馆外文文献资源共建共享,有丰富的外文文献做基础,良好的网络技术和设施为保障,国内外成功经验加以借鉴。外文文献资源共建共享的实施框架,可在共建共享的管理中心之下,建立以外语中心为龙头、以各馆外文文献为支撑的高校图书馆外文文献保障体系,直接辐射高校图书馆的外文文献资源建设。实施高校图书馆外文文献资源共建共享模式,有利于提高馆藏外文文献的利用率,使现有的馆藏资源充分发挥作用。
The co-construction and sharing of foreign literature resources in university libraries is possible with the existing good preconditions： rich foreign literature resources, reliable network technology and relevant facilities, and successful experience drawn from other countries. The implementation framework of the co-construction and sharing of foreign literature resources could help to establish the foreign literature system under the management center of co-construction and sharing, taking the foreign language center as the leader, and being supported by the foreign literature from other libraries, which will cover all the foreign literature resources of university libraries. The implementation of such mode will improve the utilization rate of the collection of foreign literature, and play the full role of the existing collection.
