摘要
对文科专款的经费保障和馆藏优化作用进行总体概述,分别从人文社科外文图书的需求和利用情况、人文社科外文图书的SSCI保障以及人文社科外文图书促进教学和科研的案例分析三个方面,论述了文科专款项目对高校人文社科资源建设和教学科研的保障和促进作用,并就资源发展政策、馆藏结构优化和服务效益提升等问题提出发展对策。
This paper presents a general overview on the role of the Humanities and Social Sciences Book Funding for Higher Education in funds guarantee and collection optimization for foreign language books through three aspects which are usage and demand analysis of the foreign language books in humani- ties and social sciences, SSCI guarantee, and promotion of teaching and research for the humanities and so- cial sciences. It gives several suggestions on the improvement of the Humanities and Social Sciences Book Funding for Higher Education, such as resource development policy design, collection structure optimiza- tion and service efficiency enhancement.
