摘要
通过对北京、福建、湖南三省(市)68所非民办、无本科体育专业的普通本科院校体育教师队伍的生师比、年龄、学历、职称等群体结构的现状调查以及调查数据的统计分析,探讨了普通高校体育教师队伍的结构现状特征、发展趋势、存在问题等,并对进一步优化普通高校体育教师队伍的群体结构提出了相应的对策建议。
By investigating on the proportion of teacher and student, age, academic background and technical post of physical education teachers at the 68 ordinary universities in Beijing, Fujian and Hunan province, the statistical analysis on data through the investigation as well, such problems as the condition, tendency, and faults on the development of faculty structure of the ordinary universities have been discussed. Meanwhile, the corresponding countermeasures have been also put forward in order to further promote the adjustment of faculty structure of physical education in ordinary universities.
