摘要
目的观察优思弗(熊去氧胆酸胶囊)联合逍遥散加味治疗原发性肝内胆管结石的临床疗效。方法将90例患者分为两组,观察组60例,给予优思弗联合逍遥散加味治疗;对照组30例,单用优思弗治疗;45个月为1个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前后症状、体征和B超下结石大小、数量的变化。结果观察组痊愈率为40%,总有效率86.7%,对照组痊愈率为20%,总有效率60%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间各有5例和3例患者服药期间出现腹泻和腹部隐痛。结论优思弗联合逍遥散加味治疗原发性肝内胆管结石具有良好的疗效。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effectiveness on primary intrahepatic stones（PIS） treated by Ursodeoxycholic Acid（UDCA） combined with Xiaoyao San. Methods 90 cases of patients with PIS were randomly divided into two groups：the thera- peutic group（n = 60） and control group（ n = 30）. The therapeutic group treated by UDCA combined with Xiaoyao San for 45 days. And the control group treated by UDCA alone. Then we observed the changes of symptoms as well as B - ultrasonic examine. Results The total effective rate was 86.7% in therapeutic group,higher than that in the control group,60% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the treatment period,diarrhea and abdominal pain were happened in two groups. Conclusion Combination therapy of UDCA and Xiaoyao San is more effective on treatment of PIS than UDCA alone.
